Qatar General Electricity & Water Corporation, Kahramaa

Kahramaa have been established in July 2000 to regulate and maintain the supply of electricity and water for the population of Qatar. Since inception, Kahramaa has operated as an independent corporation on a commercial basis with a total capital of eight billion Qatari riyals. Kahramaa isthe sole transmission and distribution system owner and operator for the electricity and water sector in Qatar. Kahramaa has embarked on a modernization of its digital services. They are automating and migrating more than 100 processesfrom an oldersystem to the low-code Appian platform. The processesinclude both internal business and support functions as well as customer-facing ones. All the processes are automated and deployed on a unified, integrated, and common architecture that allows more straightforward and quicker deployment of new and future Experts is working with Kahramaa to develop the needed processes, where we have dedicated a team of Appian Developers, Analyst and QA Experts to work with Kahramaa in order to develop a set of Applications that serve the company cross its operations. Through our journey together we have been able to develop and to work on: 

  1. Upgrading Appian Environment to support latest release. 
  2. Developing Various Process and Applications.

Electricity sector Westbank Funded by World bank Integrated Management System (IMS)

Experts have supplied an Integrated Management System (IMS) for each of five DISCOs of the Palestinian Territories including supply, installation, training, customization and integration with legacy systems of the following Management Information Systems: Commercial management system (CMS), to support customer service and all commercial functions within each DISCO:

  • Incident recording and management system (IRMS), to enable DISCOs to better respond to client contingencies by automating the detection of distribution faults and ensuring the quality of power supply.
  • Corporate resources management information system (also identified as “enterprise resource planning (ERP)”, to integrate the management of all the corporate processes and resources of each DISCO under a single technological platform. 
  • BI Executive Information System, as a decision support tool that contains accurate and relevant information intended to aid the middle and top management in their planning, decision-making, and strategy formulation. Experts Have provided a full packaged Oracle based Solution to serve the DISCOs for all required applications. DISCOs within the project scope.

Palestine Monetary Authority Oracle eBS

Experts have been contracted to implement Oracle Solutionsto the PMA, where we have delivered our services in the following scope:

  • Implementation of Oracle Fixed Assets and Oracle General Ledger module which will be transaction processing and record keeping modules of the solution.
  • Integration of the four source systems (RMS, Legacy HR system, Legacy Purchasing and Inventory System and RTGS/Clearing system) to Oracle E—business suite using Oracle Financials Accounting Hub ( FAH) 
  • Reporting solution comprising of Standard Oracle BI Analytics and OBIEE reporting platform.

Hokomati Portal – Palestine Government

Project (Government – E-services and Payment Platform)  Experts Team have developed a full E-Services platform for the Government of Palestine, where all Ministries can add their services and publish them to the citizens portal. Citizens can access all services through registering in the developed SSO component which allow them to create an identity that can access the services portal and apply to any needed services and fulfill payments if required. The solution main components are:

Land and Water Settlement Commission – Funded by World Bank

Experts have developed a new modern integrated web Settlement workflow management system (SWMIS) for Land and Water Settlement Commission (LWSC) where it was utilized to achieve the following goals: 

  • Automate the entire processes and steps using a dynamic workflow engine. 
  • Provide Dynamic Reporting through data standardization and data collection. 
  • Enhance the planning/supervision of ongoing settlement tasks. 
  • Support decision making through a set of KPI and real-time data collection. 
  • Increase accountability and reduce micro-management. 
  • Allows LWSC users to automate repetitive processes.
  • Allows LWSC to follows up automatically on uncompleted tasks in the process. 
  • Gives an overall picture of the workflow along with performance metrics. 
  • Provide a robust KPI-based reporting function to enable LWSC see where the bottlenecks are and where to focus the attention.
